I heard about doing a ‘Now’ page on a Tim Ferriss podcast with Derek Sivers and really liked the idea.
So, here’s what I’m currently working on…
-Doing online courses on biochemistry to allow me to make better products and on nutrition to offer better health advice, allowing for an improved holistic approach to beauty.
-Trying to figure out old recipes that I lost when my tablet crashed (and was in fact not backing up to the cloud as I had believed. A lesson that has cost me a lot in time and frustration). I have just worked one of them out, after 21 iterations.
-I can take a person into a spiritual experience by hugging them, and have been brain-storming on how to spread this to more people. (So, if you are keen to experience it, let me know).
-Reading (and applying the lessons) from Awaken the Giant Within by Anthony Robbins (another Tim Ferriss and Derek Sivers recommendation) to attain my health, happiness and business goals.
-Getting into the habit of regular exercise and healthier daily routines to ensure I life my life to its full potential and that I may be the change I want to see.
-Searching for mentors so that I can model their behaviours.
